LCG King Arthur LLC purchased a 38,940 square-foot industrial building at 9259 King Arthur Dr in Dallas. Cole Collins and Gary Lindsey with Newmark Knight Frank brokered the sale.

An investor has purchased three Garland industrial buildings from Anchor Fabrication. The properties total 53,254-square feet located at 3841 Cavalier Drive, 3851 Cavalier Drive and 3903 Cavalier Drive in Garland. Adam Abushagur and Sam Martin with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Edmar Manufacturing Inc has leased 21,600 square feet of industrial space at 1213 W Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease.

The City of Dallas purchased a 16,390 square foot industrial property located at 4225 Scottsdale Dr. in Dallas. Taylor Stell of DFW Lee & Associates brokered the sale by Heller Masonry Construction.

Leases

Pella has leased 42,240 square feet of industrial space at Northfield Distribution Center at 506 E Dallas Rd In Grapevine. Garrett Gibbons and Lucas Kay with Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease with NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Alltech Engineering leased 22,265 square feet of industrial space at 921 Ave M in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with landlord was Sealy & Co.

Hazel’s Hotshot Inc signed a new lease for 20,847 square feet at Crosby Trade Center at 1215 West Crosby Road in Carrollton. ML Realty Partners owns the building.

Informative Research has leased 15,570 square feet of office space in Las Colinas Commons at 1555 W. Walnut Hill Lane in Irving, from West Walnut Hill LLC. Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays of Holt Lunsford Commercial.

Contrinex Inc signed a new lease for 13,500 square feet at Park West Commerce Center at 480 Wrangler Drive in Coppell. ML Realty Partners owns the building.

Lone Star Hair LLC has leased 12,876 square feet of industrial space in Las Colinas Distribution Center 5 at 3249 W. Story Rd. in Irving, from Las Colinas AAA Investment LLC. Jason Finch and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with James Kim of JSK Infinity LLC.

PPMG of Texas has leased 4,084 square feet at Cedar Ridge in Southlake. Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Ryan Flannery with REI.

Guide IT leased 3,438 square feet of office space from Boxer Property Management at 101 E Park Blvd in Plano. David Creiner, Frank Puskarich and Louis Pascuzzi at Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease.

Tapout leased 4,541 square feet of retail space at the Shoppes at Westside Market II at 5480 FM 423 in Frisco. Derek Myers at Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease with Structure Commercial Ltd.
