Apartments on Arroyo in Oak Lawn set to get a makeover

Dallas-based equity investor Realty Capital Partners and BKE Capital LLC teamed up to purchase a 137-unit apartment community at 2600 Arroyo Ave. in Dallas’ Oak Lawn District. The 1970s-vintage Oak Lawn Heights apartment community will be getting a makeover and will be renamed The Maverick at Oak Lawn. The property is near the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Wycliff Avenue.

An investor bought 2,700 square feet of industrial space at 1170 107th Street in Grand Prairie. Patrick Embry and Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale.

PrattCo Creekway Industrial purchased a 42,420-square-foot industrial warehouse at 8400 Ambassador Row in Dallas. The property was 100% occupied to two tenants at the time of sale. Stream Realty Partners’ Jamie Jennings, Jason Moser and Andrew Rabinovich brokered the sale.

A private investor purchased Jupiter Plaza, a 133,924-square-foot industrial property at 1001-1137 South Jupiter Road in Garland. Adam Abushagur of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Lakeland West Capital 37 LLC sold a 19,759-square-foot office building at 3600 William D. Tate Ave. in Grapevine to investor 3600 WDT LLC. Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale.

Leases

LMT Imports LLC leased 51,000 square feet of industrial space at 2920 N. State Highway 360 in Grand Prairie. Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Restoration Specialists signed a 15,765-square-foot industrial lease with Billingsley Co. in Mercer Business Park on LBJ Freeway in Farmers Branch. Transwestern’s Timothy Veler handled negotiations.

Amersol Inc. leased 12,500 square feet at 650 International Parkway in Richardson. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Matthew Hickey with TIG Real Estate.

PA Commercial Flooring leased 12,300 square feet of industrial space at 2054 Forest Lane in Garland. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Tucker Cason of Mercer Co.

Dallas Staging Solutions LLC leased 7,512 square feet of warehouse space at 11048 Shady Trail in Dallas. Josh Meraz of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Bob Conson of Keller Williams Realty-Plano.

L & K Logistics leased 2,838 square feet of commercial space at 971 W. Glade Road in Hurst. Marshall Mays with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Carrie Ann Hatfield representing DFW Properties.

Industrial Truck & Equipment leased 1,738 square feet of industrial space at Bedford Place I at 1903 Central Drive in Bedford. Marshall Mays and Alan Rose of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.
