Rob Riner Companies (RRC) is a commercial real estate firm providing a full spectrum of services for the office and industrial sectors, primarily focusing on development, brokerage and investment arenas in Dallas/Fort Worth and the Southwest. RRC has been responsible and involved in multiple master planned industrial parks. Parks include Granbury Commerce Center, Midpoint Logistics Center and Carter Distribution Center phase 1 with phase 2 well underway. Consideration for past and present projects total over 5 million square feet. We are currently underway on the permitting process for 6 projects in Tarrant county totaling 1.3 million square feet. Responsibilities included entitlements, wetland remediation/404 permitting, zoning, public infrastructure, Section 380 agreement, joint venture, loan placement, refinancing, asset management, property management, landscaping, tax consulting, development, project management, and leasing.

Rob Riner, CEO of Rob Riner Companies formed the company in April of 2006. Rob spent the last 32 years of his career working in all facets of industrial real estate.
Rob has participated on both sides of the desk, as the service provider and owner with over +/-5,000,000 SF of development to date. Rob’s current focus is on ground-up speculative development through lease-up and disposition, as well as build-to-suit and design-build projects.

Nick joined the Rob Riner team in 2019 but isn’t foreign to working with Rob. Nick was a part of the Lee and Associates Fort Worth team that Rob started and ran in 2009.
During his time with Rob, he was responsible for listings such as Riverbend business park and tenant representation totaling a transactional volume of over 1,000,000 SqFt ranging from 2,000 SqFt – 40,000 SqFt in his first fiscal year.

Tyler Joined Rob Riner Companies in 2019. Prior to joining RRC, Tyler worked as a commercial real estate broker beginning his real estate journey in 2009 at Lee and Associates.
While at Lee, he was a member of the leasing team that handled project leasing for one of Fort Worth’s largest Industrial Parks, Riverbend Properties totaling +/- 1.5 million square feet.

Reagan joined Rob Riner Companies in September of 2020. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Before joining the team, Reagan had internships with Stream Realty Partners in the Dallas office as well as Peloton Commercial Real Estate in Austin (now Cushman and Wakefield).

He assisted with market research, lease analysis, and financial projections for both office and industrial within the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin markets throughout these internships. Additionally, Reagan was involved in leasing calls and negotiations between owners and tenants as well as participating in updating quarterly market reports.
Reagan has obtained his Argus Enterprises Certification and REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate Levels 1, 2, & 3 with Distinction. He currently is in the process of obtaining his real estate license.
