Boston-based investor Cabot Properties Inc. and Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners are planning the next phase of their International Logistics Center at DFW International Airport. The Dallas Morning News reported the partners have filed plans with the state for a $17-million, 425,000-square-foot building to be constructed at 3901 20th Ave.
Stream Realty and Cabot broke ground in 2017 on the 646,796-square-foot, three-building International Logistics Center project. The warehouse buildings were fully leased last year to more than a dozen tenants.
Locally, Stream Realty and Cabot have also partnered on industrial projects in Frisco and Grand Prairie.
The planned building near DFW Airport joins a growing list of projects nearby. More than five million square feet of industrial space is in the works surrounding the airport, the Dallas Morning News reported.
The Metroplex is among the nation’s fastest-growing industrial markets, with about 30 million square feet of new construction in the pipeline.
