RRC brokerage team has over 25 years of combined experience covering the entire spectrum of industrial activities – from tenant rep, project leasing, building and land sales, investment property sales, asset management, acquisition, dispositions and development. RRC prides itself in repeat business proven through lasting relationships cultivated in the commercial markets.

INVESTMENTS

RRC takes an entrepreneurial approach when evaluating each deal, which allows us to create value when others cannot. Our strategy focuses on identifying opportunities to re-develop, re-position, or re-price. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Through the Project Management arm at RRC, we ensure the work and goals of the build team, set by ownership, are met in the set build schedule. The key areas managed are scope, time, quality, and budget. Our sole objective is to produce a complete project which complies with the client’s objectives. Our past and current Project management services have included speculative industrial warehouse and complex design-build industrial building projects.
